All orders will be delivered within 15 working days.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

DHL
Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of your purchase. We will ship international orders when payment is made via a verified PayPal account.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Kindly provide us with a contact number to use for the courier company.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
